Individualized support navigating your complicated family dynamics

Real support. Real clarity. Real change.

If you’re the adult child of an emotionally immature, narcissistic, or otherwise toxic parent you already know how exhausting it is to be stuck in a dynamic that makes you question everything about yourself. You know your parent is emotionally immature—but when it comes to setting boundaries, holding them, and dealing with the fallout? That’s where everything falls apart.

You don’t need more information. You need support. Strategy. Someone in your corner.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Coaching is a focused, results-driven relationship designed to help you learn and apply what you’re learning—so you can stop spiraling, start setting boundaries, and finally feel in control of your life.

It’s not therapy. It’s not advice from a friend.

  • It's Strategic: We create a clear plan based on your unique family dynamics.

  • It's Supportive: You’re not doing this alone. I’m here with you—every step of the way.

  • It's Empowering: We work on helping you build confidence, hold boundaries, and navigate the guilt, fear, and grief that comes with breaking old patterns.

And because I’m also a licensed therapist, I bring trauma-informed insight and clinical experience to every coaching session—while staying firmly within the coaching lane.

Think of therapy as exploring the why. Coaching is about the how.

Therapy is often long-term (I typically work with therapy clients for years), exploratory, and focused on your mental health and wellbeing as a whole. Coaching is shorter-term, strategic, and laser-focused on solving a specific problem—like how to set a boundary without crumbling afterward.

Coaching is not appropriate for treating clinical depression or anxiety, but it is perfect for cycle breakers who:

✔ Know what they want to do, but don’t know how to do it

✔ Feel stuck in fear, guilt, or confusion when trying to set boundaries

✔ Want clear, expert guidance—not just validation

And let’s be real: coaching is an unregulated field. Which is why working with someone trained in both therapy and coaching matters.

Individual Coaching with Torie

Hey there, fellow cycle breaker—

I grew up with a mother who had narcissistic personality disorder and a lot of BPD traits. I know the chaos. I know the gaslighting. I know the guilt, grief, and second-guessing that comes with trying to navigate a relationship with a parent you’ve had to walk on eggshells around your entire life.

I’ve also been a therapist for over 12 years and have an extensive background of working with clients with personality disorders—primarily borderline, but also narcissistic, histrionic, and antisocial—alongside their partners and family members.

Now, in both my therapy practice and as a boundaries coach, I work almost exclusively with adults who were raised by emotionally immature, narcissistic, or otherwise toxic parents.

I’ve lived it. I’ve helped hundreds of cycle breakers navigate it. And I continue to do the work on my own healing that I teach to so many others—just like you.

We both know this work is hard. But what you might not have seen yet is that it's also deeply liberating. If you're ready for honest, strategic support that cuts through the noise and actually helps, I’m here.
