CONFIDENT BOUNDARIES MEMBERSHIP

TERMS OF SERVICE & USE

Effective January 1, 2026

Please read this agreement carefully. By enrolling in the Confident Boundaries Membership (“CBM”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not join or participate in the membership.

1. MEMBERSHIP & BILLING

  • Membership is billed monthly at the published rate.

  • Current rate as of January 1, 2026: $59/month.

  • Your payment method will be charged immediately upon sign-up and monthly thereafter until you cancel.

  • There is no free trial. Access begins immediately upon enrollment.

  • Members are grandfathered into their original price for as long as their membership remains active.

  • If you cancel and later rejoin, you will be charged the current rate at the time of re-enrollment.

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for unused time.

  • To avoid future charges, cancellation must occur at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Access continues through the end of your paid billing period after cancellation.

2. SCOPE OF MEMBERSHIP (NOT THERAPY)

While Torie Wiksell is a licensed therapist, she is not your therapist through this membership.

The Confident Boundaries Membership provides:

  • Education

  • Coaching-informed guidance

  • Tools and resources

  • Community support

Participation does not create a therapist-client relationship and does not constitute mental health treatment or therapy.

This membership is intended to supplement, not replace, personal therapy. If you require therapy, crisis support, or mental health treatment, you are responsible for seeking care from a licensed provider in your area.

3. LIVE SUPPORT FORMAT

  • The membership includes two live Boundaries Support + Q&A sessions per month, beginning February 2026.

  • Sessions are 90 minutes, live only, and not recorded.

  • Typical schedule (Pacific Time):

    • 1st Monday of each month: 2:00–3:30pm PT

    • 3rd Thursday of each month: 12:00–1:30pm PT

  • Dates and times may change at Torie’s discretion. Members will be notified of any changes inside the membership.

  • No registration is required. Active members may access sessions via the Upcoming Events section of the membership.

  • These sessions are structured, action-oriented, and educational.

  • Individual support is not guaranteed. Participation does not entitle members to personal attention, follow-up, or responses.

Group coaching calls as previously offered have been discontinued.

4. COMMUNITY CONDUCT, PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

You may use a nickname to protect your privacy.

Confidentiality is a shared responsibility. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Recording, screenshotting, copying, or distributing any membership content

  • Sharing or discussing information learned inside the membership outside the community

  • Doxxing, harassment, intimidation, or outing of members

  • Monitoring, spying on, or gathering information about estranged adult children

  • Weaponizing content or information shared in the community

Zero tolerance applies.
Any violation may result in immediate termination without refund and may include legal action.

5. DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT & SAFETY

This is an inclusive, trauma-informed space.

The following will result in immediate removal without refund:

  • Discrimination, hate speech, or abusive behavior

  • Aggressive, threatening, or manipulative conduct

  • Behavior that compromises the emotional or physical safety of others

Removed members may be permanently banned from future programs, events, or communities operated by Confident Boundaries, LLC.

6. WHO THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT FOR

The Confident Boundaries Membership is not appropriate for:

  • Individuals who identify with or exhibit patterns consistent with:

    • Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD)

    • Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

    • Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD)

  • Individuals seeking crisis support or emergency mental health care

  • Those intending to harass, monitor, or retaliate against estranged adult children

  • Individuals who intend to manipulate, disrupt, or dominate the community

  • Anyone unwilling to respect boundaries, moderation, or scope

If any of the above applies, you may not join or remain in this membership.

7. REFUND POLICY

To protect the safety, privacy, and integrity of the community:

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds are not available once access is granted.

  • Exceptions, if any, are at the sole discretion of Confident Boundaries, LLC.

Please review all information carefully before joining.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Confident Boundaries Membership is the intellectual property of Confident Boundaries, LLC and Torie Wiksell.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Record

  • Screenshot

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Monetize

  • Train AI models on

  • Repurpose membership materials

Access to content (including the Boundaries Helper GPT) is permitted only while you are an active member in good standing.

You may discuss general learnings with your therapist or trusted individuals, but you may not share materials or proprietary content.

9. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT

Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination without refund

  • Permanent ban from future offerings

  • Legal action, including pursuit of damages

  • Referral to law enforcement where applicable

Confident Boundaries, LLC reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion to protect the community.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO MEMBERSHIP

Membership features, schedules, and content may evolve over time to ensure sustainability, clarity of scope, and community safety.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.

11. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your continued participation in the Confident Boundaries Membership constitutes ongoing agreement to these terms.
