Meet Your Trainer

Torie Wiksell, LMFT is a licensed therapist and boundaries coach with over 12 years of clinical experience. Her practice focuses on working with adults who grew up with toxic, emotionally immature, and personality-disordered parents.

Torie is also the host of the You’re Not Crazy podcast and founder of the Confident Boundaries Membership, where she provides education and resources to support adults in their healing journey.
