“You’re Not Crazy: The Private Feed” (the “Offering”) is a paid monthly subscription provided by Confident Boundaries, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing and accessing this subscription, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable disclaimers.

This Offering is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not therapy and does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Torie Wiksell.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and access this Offering.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & PAYMENT

  • The subscription costs $5 USD per month, billed automatically each month to your chosen payment method.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment provider on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • You agree to provide current, accurate billing details and update them if needed to prevent service interruption.

RENEWAL & CANCELLATION

  • Your subscription will auto-renew monthly until you cancel.

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected] .

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for any remaining days in your billing cycle.

REFUND POLICY

  • Due to the digital nature of this subscription, no refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

  • Partial-month refunds are not provided. Access continues through the end of your paid billing cycle.

CHARGEBACKS

  • By subscribing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your financial institution.

  • In the event of a chargeback attempt, the Company reserves the right to provide proof of your subscription access and enforce these Terms.

LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

  • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the content of the Private Feed.

  • All materials, content, and recordings remain the sole property of Confident Boundaries, LLC. Unauthorized use may result in fines starting at $10,000 and further legal action.

DISCLAIMERS

  • The Private Feed is not therapy or medical advice.

  • We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or success from engaging with this Offering.

  • You assume all responsibility for your use of the content.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

  • We reserve the right to revoke your subscription access at any time if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution of content, harassment, or misuse.

  • Termination due to violation of these Terms will not result in a refund.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in Clark County, WA.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
