CONFIDENT BOUNDARIES MEMBERSHIP TERMS OF SERVICE AND USE

Please read the membership terms of service in its entirety and electronically sign in order to proceed with joining the Confident Boundaries Membership. 

CONFIDENT BOUNDARIES VS THERAPY

While I am a psychotherapist, I am not your therapist, and participation in this online membership is not therapy or a substitute for therapy. Participating in this membership does not constitute nor create a therapist-client relationship between you and me, Torie Wiksell. Please contact a licensed therapist near you if you are interested in participating in therapy.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

While I take your privacy extremely seriously, it is your responsibility to protect it when participating in this online membership. Please feel free to use a nickname or alternative name to protect your privacy if you would prefer.

With that said, I have a zero tolerance policy for any members of the online membership doxxing or sharing personal details of other group members outside of this online membership. If you violate this policy, you will be immediately removed from the membership without warning. You will not be refunded for your membership fees. Likewise, if you harass any group members in any way, shape, or form, you will immediately be removed from this membership without warning nor refund.

DISCRIMINATION

This group is to be a safe and inclusive space where members can learn, share their personal experiences with others for support and validation, and receive encouragement as they work through their complicated family dynamics. This online membership is a safe space for all including members of the LGBT community. Any hateful language, discrimination, or abusive commentary will result in immediate termination from the group without warning or refund.

If you experience anything that you believe to be a violation of this policy, please screen shot the situation and email to Torie at [email protected] as soon as possible.

WHO IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS COMMUNITY

The Confident Boundaries Membership is not appropriate for people who personally have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) or narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), the desire to harm themselves or another person, or those who are in need of immediate mental health support. If you are needing help with mental health symptoms, please contact a licensed therapist near you.

SUBSCRIPTION FEES

You may join the Confident Boundaries Membership by opting into a subscription payment plan. Please note that while you may cancel your membership at any time, no refunds will be given for time remaining on your membership at time of cancellation (the exception is the 14-day initial refund policy).

REFUND POLICY

The Confident Boundaries Membership has a 14-day refund policy for new members only. If you join the community and decide during the first 14 days that it is not for you, you may email me at [email protected] for a refund (no questions asked). Please note- this is only available to new members who request a refund by emailing me directly within 14 days of signing up.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All of the materials and content shared in the Confident Boundaries Membership are the intellectual property of Confident Boundaries, LLC and Torie Wiksell unless otherwise stated in writing by Torie Wiksell. 

You may not record anything in the membership (including but not limited to live trainings), screenshot anything in the membership and distribute elsewhere (including material shared), or distribute anything provided within the membership to others in any way, shape, or form. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the membership as well as legal prosecution, seeking of damages, and other legal recourse allowable by law.

You may (and are encouraged to) discuss what you learn in the membership with your therapist, friends, and/or family in order to implement the things you are working on as well as to receive emotional support. You may not accept payment in return for sharing anything related to what you learn in the Confident Boundaries Membership.

VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

If you violate any of the rules in this agreement, your participation in the Confident Boundaries Membership will be terminated immediately and you will be banned from participating in future coaching, events, groups, or other activities hosted by Confident Boundaries, LLC or Torie Wiksell. You will not receive a partial or full refund if you are removed from this community due to violation(s) of this agreement.
